Wir sind ein junges Unternehmen, das 2018 mit seiner Statusumwandlung das Gesch\u00e4fts- und Produktionsprogramm des Unternehmens ORO-ORODJARSTVO Su\u0161a Janez s.p. vollst\u00e4ndig \u00fcbernahm. Das letztere Unternehmen konzentrierte sich zu Beginn seines Betriebs, der bis ins Jahr 1986 zur\u00fcckreicht, haupts\u00e4chlich auf den Werkzeugbau und die Herstellung von Werkzeugen f\u00fcr die Kunststoffverarbeitung. Nach dem Jahr 2000 spezialisierte sich das Produktionsprogramm des Unternehmens ausschlie\u00dflich auf die CNC-Bearbeitung von Werkzeugplatten und die Herstellung von Geh\u00e4usen f\u00fcr die Bed\u00fcrfnisse anderer Werkzeughersteller \u2013 und zwar im Bereich der Herstellung von Werkzeugen f\u00fcr die Kunststoffverarbeitung.<\/p>\n

Seit Oktober\u00a02023\u00a0geh\u00f6rt das Unternehmen zu\u00a051% der\u00a0ORO\u00a0Met\u00a0d.o.o. und somit auch zur
Gruppe der RSC Holding. Diese vertikal integrierte Unternehmensgruppe agiert international
im Bereich der Werkzeugbauindustrie und tritt unter dem gemeinsamen Markennamen HTS
Group auf dem Markt auf.<\/p>\n
